I just wanted to mention that, as of yesterday morning, I'm down to 228lbs. This means I've lost a total of 11lbs in the month of January. How awesome is that!
As I proceed with the gluten-free experiment, my intention is to also continue with the 90-day challenge, focusing on healthful choices and increased fitness, as well as my overall goal of reaching my goal weight of 140lbs.
