Exercise today - 800 calories burned

At the YMCA today I did 40 min on the Elliptical machine, set on difficulty 12/20, set on Fat Burner (varies the difficulty within range), for a total of over 3 miles distance and 445 calories burned. I followed this up with 40 minutes on the upright bike (most like a regular biking experience), set on difficulty 10 flat, for a total of over 9 miles biked and 362 calories burned.

My goal is to hit 1000 calories burned each day as my average for the month of February.
