Since I had a morning meeting, I was forced to get up early in order to have time to exercise. After much grumbling, I managed to rise by 6:20am, leave the house by 6:50am, and get to the YMCA by 7:05am. Whew!
The elliptical provided my usual low-impact workout, totalling 400+ calories burned after 42 minutes. My hope is to have enough stamina to do an evening round of 400-600 calories.
