Well, the last couple days have been a real struggle. I'm feeling a bit ill, so I had to increase my calories a bit and decrease my activity (hurt too much to even walk the dog yesterday). Our bodies need the energy and nutrients to heal, to fight infection, and lately to stay warm.
But, the big accomplishment was that I didn't over do it, even when I Really wanted Donuts! I was craving the fat and carbs something fierce yesterday. So I allowed myself a piece of Jim's mom's Peanut Butter Fudge and a cookie. For calories yesterday, I didn't top 1950, and the day before around 2050.
So far so good.
